Mr. Epstein is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Miami. He began his business career in the mortgage lending business with a Florida-based Real Estate Investment Trust. In 1971 he joined a family real estate business, David Epstein & Sons, and in 1976 he started Epstein Realty Company, a real estate brokerage, investment, management and development company.

In 1984, Mr. Epstein and Mr. William M. Berger formed Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc.
