Mr.
Epstein is a fourth-generation real estate practitioner
working with his father, Jeff
A. Epstein. Mr. Epstein has earned the prestigious
Certified Commercial Investment Member designation
from the CCIM
Institute, an affiliate of the National
Association of REALTORS®. The
CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real
estate professionals upon successful completion
of a graduate-level education curriculum encompassing
the cornerstones of commercial investment real
estate: financial analysis, market analysis, user
decision analysis and investment analysis.
Mr.
Epstein has been invited to share his expertise
in Commercial Real Estate by the Eastern
Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Builders
and Contractors,
The
Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley
and by Lehigh
University.
His opinions have also been published in Commercial
Investment Real Estate Magazine.
In
2009, Mr. Epstein was selected as one of the 20
most accomplished and sharply focused individuals
under the age of forty by the Eastern
Pennsylvania Business Journal in their annual
20 Under 40 salute to youthful achievers.
Mr.
Epstein is also very active with the Allentown
Rotary Club
where he serves as their President-Elect Nominee.
For the Allentown Rotary Club, he has managed
various programs which include "Pool Pals"
and the local execution of the national program,
"The Dictionary Project." Pool Pals
is an eight-week learn-to-swim program offered
at no charge to 50 third graders in the City of
Allentown. The Dictionary Project is a nationwide
program which, through the Allentown Rotary Club,
supplies student dictionaries at no cost to every
third grader in the Allentown School District.
Mr.
Epstein also participates in and fundraises for
the annual Multiple
Sclerosis City-To-Shore bike ride.
To date, he has raised over $50,000 for the National
MS Society in just six years of riding for this
regional event. His efforts consistently rank
him as a Top-25 and Top-50 fundraiser for a cause
very near to his heart and close to his family.
Prior
to joining Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc.,
Mr. Epstein held various Sales and Engineering
for various early-stage private technology companies
throughout California's Silicon Valley.
