Mr. Epstein is a fourth-generation real estate practitioner working with his father, Jeff A. Epstein. Mr. Epstein has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS^®. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum encompassing the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis.

Prior to joining Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc., Mr. Epstein held various sales and marketing positions in Silicon Valley's technology industry. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College.
