Allentown, PA, Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. has completed a lease transaction with Xperia for over 5,000 square feet at The Offices at 3900 Hamilton Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The Offices at 3900 Hamilton Center are located at the intersection of Route 222 (Hamilton Boulevard) and 309 / I-78. The Offices at 3900 Hamilton Center feature first class corporate office space on its first and second floors. This beautiful, newly-renovated office building boasts a campus-like setting with an attractive lobby and elevator service.

With THE PROGRAM for Women and Families in Allentown

Allentown, PA, Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. has completed a lease transaction with THE PROGRAM for Women and Families for 927 West Hamilton Street in Downtown Allentown, Pennsylvania.

THE PROGRAM is leasing both floors of the 6,000 square foot, 2-story building in Downtown Allentown. They will be using its first floor for training, seminars and administrative purposes and has their executive offices on the second floor. THE
PROGRAM for Women and Families provides women offenders, their children and at-risk youth with opportunities to build healthy and productive lives.
