The facility is tenanted by THE PROGRAM for Women and Families, who currently lease both floors of the 6,000 square foot, 2-story building in Downtown Allentown. They use the first floor for training, seminars and administrative purposes. THE PROGRAM's executive offices are on the second floor. THE PROGRAM for Women and Families provides women offenders, their children and at-risk youth with opportunities to build healthy and productive lives.

The Epstein family developed the building in the early 1950s, and has continually managed and leased and the property.
