Mr. Berger is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Attorney. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Mr. Berger has been a member of the Board of Directors (and past multi-term Chairman of) the Allentown Economic Development Corporation, a public/private nonprofit corporation.

Prior to forming Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc., Mr. Berger was the Director of Real Estate for The Goodman Company, a national shopping center development firm from 1978 until the formation of Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. Prior to his association with The Goodman Company, Mr. Berger was employed by Arlen Shopping Centers Company, a division of Arlen Realty and Development Corporation, a publicly held real estate development company where he had been Vice President of Strip Center Development. Prior to joining Arlen Shopping Centers Company in 1974, Mr. Berger had been with Maret Development Corporation (a shopping center developer in Pittsburgh) and had been in private law practice.
